Transistor Kya Hai?

Transistor Ka Structure

Ek normal BJT (Bipolar Junction Transistor) me 3 terminals hote hain:

2️⃣ Base (B)
3️⃣ Collector (C)

Inka kaam

Emitter
Current ko transistor me enter karata hai.

Base
Yeh control terminal hota hai. Base par chhota sa current dene se bada current control hota hai.

Collector
Yeh output terminal hota hai jahan se current nikalta hai.

Simple rule:

👉 Small Base Current → Large Collector Current

Isi wajah se transistor amplifier ki tarah kaam karta hai.

Transistor Ke Types

Transistor mainly 2 type ke hote hain

1. NPN Transistor

Yeh sabse jyada use hone wala transistor hai.

Structure:

N → P → N

Features:

  • Fast switching

  • Arduino circuits me common

  • Amplifier circuits me use

Example:

  • BC547

  • 2N2222

2. PNP Transistor

Structure:

P → N → P

Features:

  • Reverse current flow

  • Power circuits me use

Example:

  • BC557

Transistor Ka Working Principle

Transistor ka working principle current control par based hota hai.

Step by Step Working

  1. Base par small current diya jata hai

  2. Emitter se current flow start hota hai

  3. Collector par large current milta hai

Is process ko Current Amplification kaha jata hai.

Formula:

Ic = β × Ib

Where:

Ic = Collector Current
Ib = Base Current
β = Current Gain

Transistor Ka Use Kaha Hota Hai

Transistor electronics ka heart mana jata hai.

Important uses:

1. Amplifier

Audio amplifier me transistor signal ko strong karta hai.
