Solar panel sunlight ko electrical energy me convert karta hai. Ye energy battery charge karne ke liye use hoti hai.

Diode ka use reverse current ko rokne ke liye hota hai. Agar diode nahi lagaya jaye to battery ka current solar panel me wapas flow kar sakta hai.

  1. Battery Storage

3.7V lithium battery solar panel se charge hoti hai aur raat me LEDs ko power supply deti hai.

  1. MOSFET Switching Circuit

MOSFET ek electronic switch ki tarah kaam karta hai. Ye automatically LEDs ko ON/OFF karta hai.

Is circuit ka working principle day and night detection par based hota hai.

Day Time Operation

Din ke time solar panel sunlight receive karta hai aur voltage generate karta hai.

Is voltage ka use battery charge karne ke liye hota hai.

Is time MOSFET ke gate par aisa voltage condition hota hai jisse MOSFET OFF rehta hai.

Result:

  • Battery charge hoti hai

  • LEDs OFF rehti hain

Night Time Operation

Raat hone par solar panel voltage produce nahi karta.

Gate voltage change hone ki wajah se MOSFET ON ho jata hai.

MOSFET ON hone par battery se current LEDs me flow karta hai.

Result:

  • Street light automatically ON ho jati hai.

Ye pura process automatic hota hai aur kisi manual switch ki zarurat nahi hoti.
